What you receive

A decision pack.
With the reasoning attached.

A clear recommendation is the beginning. Your team also gets the evidence, the commercial implications, and the questions that still need an answer.

01 / Verdict

The investment view

A go, conditional-go, or no-go recommendation assessed against your deal mandate. Material conditions and unresolved evidence are explicit.

RecommendationReasons you can inspect
02 / Implications

The commercial picture

Remediation and integration estimates with their assumptions, sources, and uncertainty. A clear distinction between facts and judgement.

Deal implicationsCosts, conditions, priorities
03 / Next steps

The plan after the verdict

Pre-close questions and a practical 100-day plan. The pack sets out the material issues and the actions your team needs to consider.

Decision supportActions with accountability

Our approach

Built for scrutiny.
Delivered with judgement.

Technology diligence tailored to your investment question, with a reviewed recommendation and a named engagement lead accountable for delivery.

Start with a closed-deal proof
  1. 01

    Agree the scope

Agree your mandate, dealbreakers, evidence requirements, and decision date. The scope follows the investment question.

  2. 02

    Stay informed

Receive early visibility into material issues and outstanding evidence requests, with a clear point of contact throughout the engagement.

  3. 03

    Review and deliver

Review the recommendation, its commercial implications, and the remaining questions with your engagement lead.

Confidence through transparency

Every conclusion
should stand up to a question.

The pack makes its limits visible. Your investment committee retains the final decision, with the detail to challenge ours.

Evidence you can trace

Material findings connect to source evidence. Unsupported claims are flagged, and missing information stays visible.

Estimates you can interrogate

Verified facts, calculations, and judgement are distinguished. Assumptions and evidence gaps accompany the numbers.

Accountability you can identify

A named engagement lead reviews and signs the pack. Review responsibilities and scope are agreed at the outset.

Paid retrospective proof

A clear scope.
An honest comparison.

  1. Agree the scope, available evidence, and success measures.
  2. Receive a reviewed decision pack for the selected deal.
  3. Discuss the findings and their usefulness with your team.

A defined engagement

Clear scope.
Accountable delivery.
One fixed fee.

Buy the completed diligence outcome, with the scope, timing, and review responsibilities agreed up front.

Your proposal documents the evidence assumptions, delivery configuration, deliverables, and fixed fee. Typical invoicing is half at signature and half at delivery.

How we assess value and savings

Where a comparable traditional proposal or invoice exists, we document the like-for-like baseline and calculated saving. The launch savings target is 50–60%, with up to 70% for qualifying repeatable scopes where the full quality standard is supportable. These are targets, not a universal pricing promise.

Talk through your scope

Security & control

Your evidence.
Your security requirements.

Agree the right operating environment with your security team before evidence is shared. Three delivery configurations support different control and residency requirements.

01 / Managed

A dedicated environment

DD Memo operates an isolated environment with agreed access, retention, and no-training controls.

02 / Your cloud

Inside your boundary

DD Memo operates in your cloud account under your access and network egress policies.

03 / Fully local

Without model egress

A fully local delivery option supports strict data-residency and no-egress requirements.

Built into every configuration

Confidential evidence handling, agreed access controls, and client-specific retention requirements. Client evidence is not used to train models. Supporting security information is available during an engagement discussion.

Before we begin

Good questions.
Clear answers.

What does DD Memo deliver?

A completed technology diligence engagement: an evidence-cited verdict, quantified deal implications, an investment committee decision pack, and outstanding actions. A named engagement lead reviews and signs the pack.

Does AI make the investment decision?

No. DD Memo provides a reviewed assessment to support your team. A named engagement lead is accountable for the deliverable, and your investment committee retains the final decision.

What if the evidence is incomplete?

Missing evidence and unresolved questions are reported explicitly. Documents, scans, and zipped folders can be processed, but incomplete inputs may change the recommendation, scope, or delivery timing.

How quickly can we receive the pack?

From an evidence-complete kickoff, we target early red flags within 48 hours and the standard final pack within five business days. Complex carve-outs typically require seven to ten business days. Timing is agreed for your scope.

How does the paid proof work?

We agree a fixed scope and fee for a closed deal, deliver a reviewed assessment, and discuss its usefulness with your team. The proof fee is credited in full to the first live engagement signed within 60 days.

Can our security team review the setup?

Yes. We discuss your security requirements and provide relevant supporting information as part of evaluating the engagement. The engagement can run in an isolated DD Memo environment, in your cloud, or fully locally.
